End-to-end IoT solutions for smarter business operations
Secure IoT systems for distributed sites, hard RF conditions, constrained power and operational teams that need signals they can trust.
The same monitoring platform serves very different estates, but the problems it solves arrive dressed differently in each industry. A telecoms operator worries about compound intrusion and cabinet conditions; an FM provider about plant rooms and legionella evidence across hundreds of buildings; a utility about meter reading and network events at scale; a construction contractor about temporary works that exist for eighteen months and then vanish. The industry pages below describe how the platform is applied in each setting, in the language of that setting.
What they share is the deployment model. Sites in every one of these industries are distributed, often unmanned, frequently without power or connectivity at the point of measurement, and expensive to visit. Battery-powered tags and long-range licence-free radio remove those constraints: monitoring goes where the problem is, not where the infrastructure happens to be. The underlying hardware is our own UK-designed range of tags, covered on the products page.

Frequently asked questions
Which industries use IoT monitoring?
Any industry that operates distributed physical assets: utilities and energy networks, telecoms infrastructure, commercial buildings and estates, facilities management, healthcare estates, data centres, logistics operations, manufacturing plants, construction sites and public-sector property. The common thread is equipment and sites that matter operationally but are not continuously staffed.
Do you work with multi-site estates?
Yes — that is the typical deployment. The platform is built for estates: every site reports into one dashboard, alerts route to the right team for each site, and the estate view shows exceptions rather than requiring anyone to check sites one by one. Adding a site is an installation task, not a new system.
Can one platform cover different problems across an estate?
Yes. The tag range covers leak detection, temperature, pressure, level, movement, door state, sound levels and more, all reporting into the same platform. An estate commonly starts with a single pressing problem — water damage, say — and extends to other measurements on the same coverage without changing systems.
How does monitoring work on sites with no power or connectivity?
The tags are battery-powered with a multi-year field life and communicate over long-range licence-free radio — nothing is needed at the point of measurement. Each deployment includes its own dedicated gateway rather than relying on anyone else's coverage; the gateway needs only a modest 5 V supply, from mains, a DC rack feed, or solar on sites with no power at all. This suits basements, chambers, compounds, rooftops, temporary works and rural sites — the places where problems are least visible and infrastructure is least available.
Is the data suitable for compliance and audit evidence?
Readings are timestamped and logged continuously, producing a durable record of conditions and events that supports compliance regimes such as legionella temperature monitoring and planned maintenance. The platform provides the evidence trail; it does not replace the statutory duties, certified systems or competent persons that a regime requires.
Can monitoring be deployed temporarily?
Yes. Because the tags are wireless and a gateway can run on solar, systems can be installed for the life of a project — construction phases, temporary works, void properties, seasonal risk — and recovered afterwards. Several industries use exactly this pattern where permanent installation would never be justified.
